Shinpex Polyester film
Shinkong Materials Technology Co.,
LTD establish in 2004 and Inherit the 20 years experience
and skill in producing polyester film from Shinkong Synthetic
Fibers Corporation.
The annual output of SHINPEX polyester film is 60,000
metric tons. Product thickness ranges from12 micron to
250 micron, and can be used in optical, food packing,
electronics, stationery and other industrial applications.
Due to the excellent quality stability of SHINPEX PET
film, SHINPEX has acquired an excellent reputation among
the polarizer, tapes and laser printing industries.
SHINPEX polyester film has the following properties：
- Mechanical/tensile strength of between 17,000
to 32,000 psi (roughly ten times stronger than
polyethylene wrap),
excellent stretching and strength
- Optical: a high degree of transparency, lustrous,
smooth surface, good external appearance, high
value-added product
- Electrica: good dielectric properties, used
as insulation materials
- Hygiene safety: no plasticity or toxic materials,
safe in hygiene, received U.S.FDA approval for
use in food packing
- U.S. UL94 VTM-2 approved for industrial application
